As of April 3, 2018, completing your MSFAA is now available online, however, you must register first.

Already have a loan but not yet registered for an online account?

The National Student Loans Service Centre On-Line Services will allow you to review your student loan accounts and to view and change your contact information.

In order to ensure that only you are granted on-line access to your loan account information, the NSLSC requires that you verify your identity by confirming your full name, social insurance number, date of birth, and loan account number. There are four steps to completing your registration. You must complete all four steps to register successfully. Find out more about the registration process on the Before You Start page.

Please note that Section 403 of the Criminal Code of Canada makes it an offence to impersonate another person for advantage, property gain or disadvantage of another person, while Section 430 (1.1) makes it an offence to obstruct, interrupt or interfere with the lawful use of data.
